We are proud of our track record of sending our interns on to employment opportunities or to continue their education. In fact, 95% of our interns receive letters of recommendation from their employers after successful completion of their internships.
Once our interns complete our program, they find that a new world has opened up to them. Whether they choose to pursue employment or educational opportunities, they are more confident, communicative, independent and resilient.
In order to ensure that our interns are prepared for employment, we have provided over 1,300 hours of coaching, 4,000 hours of mentoring, and 400 hours of training across 10 different programs. In fact, over 30% of our employers have extended the internships on either a part- or full-time basis.
