Inclusion and access are at the core of BroadFutures’ mission—to inspire inclusion by supporting and promoting opportunities for diverse learners within the workplace. While we are proud of our progress to date, we remain committed to continually improving and expanding our efforts to foster inclusion and accessibility.

Staff/Board of Trustees: Though we are a small organization, we are deeply committed to diversity and inclusion within our staff and Board of Trustees. We actively strive to reflect these values in our leadership and team composition.
Program
Strategic Vision and Priorities:
BroadFutures remains dedicated to advancing inclusion and access by serving and employing underrepresented, underserved, and economically marginalized groups. Our priority is to continually expand the diversity of our participants and improve accessibility to our programs.
Our current scholarship program is needs-based, and to date, we have provided scholarships to 100% of participants who qualified for support. As demand for our programming continues to grow, we aim to increase the availability of scholarships. Additionally, we have introduced housing stipends to our scholarship grants and are committed to expanding these stipends to ensure broader access, particularly for those from regions outside the Washington, DC area who may not otherwise have the opportunity to participate in our programs.
